01What does Midx do?
Midx is a browser-based workspace for selecting a finished video, reviewing its TikTok post settings, and publishing only after you confirm the final step.
02Does Midx publish automatically?
No. Nothing is sent until you choose the file, complete the available settings and declarations, and press the final publish control.
03Which videos can I upload?
Midx currently accepts MP4 and MOV source files up to 500 MB. TikTok may also apply account-specific duration, codec, eligibility, and policy requirements.
04Why can an upload still fail?
A file can be rejected because of format, codec, duration, account eligibility, rate limits, platform rules, or a temporary processing error. Midx shows the available status and keeps the final decision with TikTok.
05How do Priority publishing slots work?
Free and Priority users publish through separate capacity pools. A Priority subscription gives your account access to slots reserved for Priority users, so heavy Free-tier demand does not consume the Priority allocation.
Priority does not guarantee that a slot is always available, does not speed up TikTok processing, and does not override TikTok limits or review decisions. If every Priority slot is occupied, the next one becomes available when an active publishing window is released.
06What is included with Priority?
Priority includes access to the separate Priority publishing pool and all tools already available on the Free plan. The upload editor, post settings, and TikTok flow stay the same.
07How much does Priority cost?
Midx Priority costs $7.99 USD per month with no trial. You can review billing details, receipts, the next renewal date, and cancellation from your Midx account.
08What happens after I cancel Priority?
Priority remains active until the end of the paid billing period. After that date, the account returns to Free publishing capacity.
09Can I disconnect my TikTok account?
Yes. Use Disconnect TikTok in Account. Midx revokes its TikTok access and removes the stored connection.
10Is Midx part of TikTok?
No. Midx is an independent creator tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok.
