Midx is a browser-based creator workspace for connecting a TikTok account, preparing user-selected video uploads, sending selected posts through authorized platform integrations, and monitoring publishing status.

• Connected account profile: account identifier, username, display name, avatar URL, profile details, authorized scopes, connection time, and last-seen time returned after authorization.
• Account statistics: profile engagement statistics when authorized and available.
• Upload activity: file name, size, type, caption, privacy, interaction settings, disclosures, cover timestamp, publish ID, status, timestamps, and technical errors.
• Authentication data: access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.
• Technical data: operational information used for reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security.

• To authorize TikTok access and maintain the connected account.
• To show account identity and available publishing settings.
• To send only user-selected videos and settings to the connected platform.
• To monitor status, diagnose failures, provide support, and protect the service.
• To refresh authorized access when short-lived tokens expire.

• Midx does not sell connected-account, profile, or upload-activity data.
• Midx does not publish without an authorized user flow and user-selected upload.
• Midx does not present itself as TikTok or as the connected platform provider.
• Midx does not use collected information for unrelated advertising products.

Sensitive connection tokens are encrypted before storage. Raw secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, and client credentials are not intentionally exposed in public pages or the administrative dashboard.

Service data is retained for as long as needed to provide the product, support users, troubleshoot uploads, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or complete a valid deletion request.

Users may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of stored service data by contacting contact@midx.app. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

TikTok processes information under its own terms and policies when a user authorizes Midx and sends selected content through TikTok integrations. Midx is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok.
