midx is an independent beta upload extension. We respect creators and copyright owners, so if something connected to our service creates a copyright issue, send a clear request and we will review it as soon as possible.

What to include
To help us handle your request quickly, please include:
- Your name or the copyright holder's name.
- Proof of ownership or authorization to act for the copyright owner.
- Description of the copyrighted work such as title, screenshots, links, or other identifying details.
- Location of the issue such as a URL, screenshot, timestamp, file/job details, or any information that helps us identify it.
- Your contact information so we can reply.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- An accuracy statement confirming the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized representative.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If you believe action was taken by mistake or because of misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] with the subject DMCA Counter-Notice.
Please include your name, contact information, the material or action you are responding to, a statement that you believe the action was a mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat violations
Users or requests connected to repeated infringement, illegal content, abuse, or attempts to misuse the service may be restricted, blocked, or removed from access where appropriate.

This policy uses the DMCA notice-and-takedown process as a practical copyright framework. We may also respond according to other applicable copyright, platform, and local laws depending on the request.

Do you host public videos?
No. midx is not a public hosting platform. Files handled by the beta service are temporary and may already be deleted by the time a request arrives.
Can I report something without a URL?
Yes, but include as much detail as possible: screenshots, timestamps, file details, browser/extension context, or anything that helps us identify the issue.
